Hello — I’m Alice, a certified pre- and postnatal coach and proud mother of two. Having experienced pregnancy, birth and motherhood in a foreign culture and language, I know how important it is to feel heard, understood and supported.
With empathy, knowledge and care, I accompany English-speaking families in Hamburg and surrounding areas through one of the most transformative times in life.

Prenatal Support Course
This course prepares you for birth with a gentle approach that supports your physical and emotional wellbeing throughout pregnancy. What you can expect:
- Strength & Mobility: Safe exercises that help you maintain strength, stability and flexibility as your body changes.
- Pelvic Floor Awareness: Learn how to relax and activate your pelvic floor to support labour and reduce discomfort.
- Breathing Techniques: Simple breathing and relaxation practices to help you stay calm and confident during pregnancy and birth.
- Nutrition Guidance: Easy, balanced nutritional advice to support both you and your baby.
- Emotional Preparation: Space to talk about your feelings, questions and concerns in a warm, supportive environment.
- Holistic Birth Readiness: Gentle tools that help you feel connected to your body and mentally prepared for labour.
This course is ideal if you want a calm, well-rounded preparation that supports your whole self — not just your body.

Postnatal / Postpartum Course
A gentle programme focused on helping you regain strength, improve wellbeing and reconnect with your body after birth. What you can expect:
- Pelvic Floor Recovery: Gentle exercises to restore pelvic floor function and reduce postpartum discomfort.
- Core Rehabilitation: Safe movements to support abdominal recovery and rebuild strength step by step.
- Mobility & Everyday Support: Techniques to ease tension in your shoulders, back and hips – common areas of strain for new mothers.
- Breathing & Relaxation: Calm, grounding practices to support stress relief and emotional balance.
- Nutrition for Recovery: Practical nutrition tips that help with healing and energy – helpful whether or not you’re breastfeeding.
- Emotional Support: A caring space to talk about your early motherhood experience, challenges and feelings.
This course helps you recover physically and emotionally while gently guiding you back into your strength and balance.
